The room was comfortable with modern furniture and a private bathroom. the owner/employee was really nice and attentive. the facilities were super clean and well-maintained. the location was convenient, with a tram station just a 5-minute walk away and easy access to the city center.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. the cleaning of the room was not up to par, with some areas being quite dirty.

One important issue was the good value. Don't leave without visiting Restaurace Lavicka, located near to this place. Situated just a walk down to vitkov...

Definitely try the restaurant next door to the apartment, the food is delicious and you'll have a great time there, plus the location is nice and the staff are very friendly.

Quick and straightforward check-in. the room had a comfortable bed, a kitchenette with a big fridge, and a bathroom with clean towels. Fast wifi and helpful staff. Easy access to public transport for airport transfers.

The owner was super kind and helpful. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with a modern and super clean common bathroom, toilet, and kitchen. It was conveniently located next to public transportation, with a tram station just a short walk away and a subway station that provided quick access to the city center. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful, perfect for those looking to escape the crowded tourist areas and experience the local atmosphere. I also enjoyed the nearby pub, U Sadku, where I had delicious Czech food and tried some local beers at reasonable prices.

We stayed for 3 nights at Budget Apartment and had an amazing experience. the lady who greeted us was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us detailed information about the best places to visit and how to navigate the transport system. Our room, a double with a kitchenette and en suite bathroom, was clean and comfortable. Having a fridge in the room was a convenient addition, especially for keeping drinks cold after a long day of sightseeing. the location was also great, just a 5-minute walk from the tram stop and very close to a supermarket. It only took us 10 minutes on the tram to reach the city center. it was a fantastic low-cost option for our stay in Prague. Cons: Nothing 🙌.
